In order to streamline our application process, Abbey Community College has moved to an online application system. Here you will be able to make your online application, accept a place (including the submission of all documentation required by the school during this stage of the process) and apply for a transfer from another school to Abbey Community College. This will significantly reduce our paper usage and time spent at office level in managing the application process.....David Harding (Principal)

Gaisce Awards:
Two fifth year students, Anna McGrath and Caoimhe Reilly received their Gaisce Bronze Award recently from Gasice Leader, Ms Cronin. The girls completed their award in Transition Year which involved four different activities. They had to undertake an adventure journey which involved cycling and hiking, learning a personal skill, participation in a physical activity and participating in a community activity on a voluntary basis. Two of the three skills had to be completed for 13 weeks each and the third skill had to be completed for 26 weeks. It takes a lot of commitment to complete all the activities and keep a log of weekly progress, so well done girls. Any TYs interested in participating in Gasice this year can contact Ms Cronin for more information.

It is envisaged that all school/communications will migrate to the school app in the very near future, so I am asking all parents/guardians to download the app as soon as possible.
Once downloaded and running, the school will be populating the app with forms, updates, letters etc.
